Inaugural Meeting September 28th
Please join us at the Metchosin Community House at 7:00 pm on September 28 for the first meeting of the St. Mary’s Historical Society of Metchosin.
The Society has been formed to help care for and preserve the historic St. Mary the Virgin Church, Parish Hall, cemetery, and grounds at 4354 Metchosin Road. We will share our vision for this remarkable heritage site, explain the next steps in the process, and invite your questions and ideas.
For more than 150 years, this place has been part of the story of Metchosin. Now we have an opportunity to help shape its next chapter, ensuring that its history, buildings, cemetery, and grounds are cared for and remain a valued part of the community for generations to come.
