Job Posting: Family Ministries Coordinator

St. Mary’s Metchosin is looking for a creative, relational, and faith-filled person to help shape the next chapter of our ministry with children, youth, and families.

This is more than a programming role. We are seeking someone who loves building relationships, creating meaningful experiences, and helping young people discover that church can be a place of joy, wonder, questions, community, and spiritual growth.

You might be organizing a Messy Church craft table one week, planning a youth hike the next, helping families connect with one another, or creating opportunities for connection in both the established community of Metchosin and the growing neighbourhoods of Royal Bay.
