Rev. Aneeta Saroop has resigned as incumbent at St. Mary of the Incarnation, Metchosin. It is with prayer and careful discernment that Aneeta has accepted the call to serve as pastor alongside the congregation of Spirit of Life Lutheran Church in Vancouver effective Dec 1st, 2020.
Aneeta will continue as incumbent until early November- her last day will be either Friday, November 6th if the parish is still pre-recording services, or Sunday November 8th if in-person worship has resumed.
We are so grateful for Aneeta's ministry as priest of this diocese and for her leadership in this parish, the region and the diocesan level. Please pray for Aneeta and the parish of St. Mary as they prepare for this transition.
