Family Worship and Eucharist Service. All are welcomed and all are included.

During the month of May, as a worshipping community we are discerning whether we wish to change our service time from 9:30 am to 10:00 am.  Pastor Aneeta and the wardens invite input from you. We want to know what you think!  Pastor Aneeta and the wardens will reflect, discuss and pray, taking all of your comments into consideration.

Register early for the FOCUS bible study co-hosted by Church of the Advent and St. Mary of the Incarnation.  This study is accessible to all, bursaries are available. Our studies will take us deep into unlocking life and giving wisdom to our biblical story. You don’t need to be an expert theologian to appreciate this course! See Pastor Aneeta.

St. Marys’ will host May 31st and June 14th with a light supper of soup and bread.  If you can help with hospitality that evening (set up and clean up) or can bring a crock pot of soup, please let the office know. Thank you.

Whats Up Buttercup!

in and around St. Marys'

We are abuzz with "hoppiness" to welcome the Metchosin 4H to their new home here at St. Mary of the Incarnation. It certainly is something to crow about. <insert groans here> If you would like to find out more about the various 4H groups please contact Marie at metchosin4h@gmail.com.

From the 14th to the 17th we will be a little light on the ground clergy-wise, both Dolly and Aneeta will be enjoying a time of refreshment and wisdom at a clergy conference in Nanaimo.  So hold the shenanigans until they get back.

We have been sharing our building and parking facilities  with our neighbours from Westmont since September as they build a new gymnasium.  On the 17th the children and teachers will shine bright at their annual talent show.  Contact the school for info.

VIHA Seniors will be with us once again as the Metchosin Community House will be overflowing with goodies and helpers getting ready for the Mighty Metchosin Garage Sale.

A Joyful Noise!

A Joyful Noise!

Children and Family Ministry at St. Marys’

Hello everyone!
Thanks so very much from myself and the children of every age who participated in the Childrens Service last Sunday.
I think a good time was had by all. Thanks to Judy and Joel, not only did we make a joyful noise, but we got a workout as well. The kids would like to lead the worship again soon. They were proud to be loud and involved. We are focusing on Mother’s Day this week, shhhh  it is a secret.
Looking forward to what summer and the fall will bless us with.  If anyone has a talent they would like to share with the Sunday School please let us know.

With joy,
Jenny and The Kids
