Messy Church the final installment is THIS Friday. After this Friday we will not gather again until September.

We're going to have a good ol' fashioned church picnic with three legged races, egg and spoon races, potato sack races, bocce ball, hula hoop toss and some new bound to be favorite games!

Join us at 530 for music and stories with Shirley and Nicole and stay for a dinner of make your own salad and race your hearts out until 7:30. Then we'll all take our exhausted families home, fall into bed and have wonderful rejuvenating sleeps.

June Theme: Bible Beach Club
Kids will be learning about the beachside miracles of Jesus.  These aren't just extraordinary events; they are signs from God that Jesus is the promised Saviour.  From calming seas to miraculous catches of fish, we'll discover how Jesus' miracles teach us about his divine nature and his mission of salvation.

June 15th: What Wind? 
Bible Story: Mark 4:35-41 (Jesus Calms the Storm) 
Main Idea: Jesus calms the storm, revealing His power over nature and our fears, affirming that He is the Lord who brings peace to our souls

June 22nd: Will He Float? 
Bible Story: Matthew 14:22-33 (Jesus Walks on Water) 
Main Idea: Jesus walking on water demonstrates His command over physical laws, a vivid testament to His deity and His ability to help us overcome the seemingly impossible. 

June 29th: What’s for Breakfast? 
Bible Story: John 21:1-14 (Breakfast on the Beach) 
Main Idea: The risen Jesus cooking breakfast on the beach is a profound reminder that He has conquered death, ensuring our eternal life with Him.

Theme

Rooted and rising. From our roots laid down for us, from our past, to rising up and putting our best foot forward, and standing up for what we believe in. Like the rising of the sun in the east, each day starts with a light glow at the break of the day, to the flourishing beams at midday. As the hours pass becoming more powerful.

Each time you rise, your roots will become greater and stronger. Like a community, with just a few people, it would not survive, but the more roots, the more people in the community, the more likely it will thrive. Just like in the parable of the mustard seed, the mustard seed starts as the smallest seed. Growing its roots, to rise into a bright yellow flower. Where will you rise to? How deep will your roots go?

Fun fact: did you know that Saskatchewan is the world’s number one exporter of mustard seeds?
